Refund policy

If you bought the product online, and the product arrives defective or damaged please contact us within 30 days to organize a return of the product (provided we agree that the product is damaged or defective) and we will refund or replace the product. If your dog breaks a toy or you decide you simply no longer want it a refund or exchange may be granted by store owner Luke depending on the circumstances. 

In any case of a refund the product must be returned.
