My dog, a ball obsessed player - but if left alone chewer - lives these balls. And, so do I. When thrown they are erratic bouncing and are also great for sand and softer ground. They have excellent bounce and the shape allows them to bounce off even soft sand and keep going/rolling.
They are for outdoor chase play, too heavy for throwing at your dog. And..in windy weather, heavy balls can be thrown a long way with little effort.
We love them. Highly recommend for medium to large size dogs who love to chase balls and find balls that simply land like a thud in the sand a bit disappointing.
